Leads project management and organization of retail shop fit outs. Manages Capex, working on estimates, and verifying project actuals. Ensures project schedules are well planned and executed, collaborating with Retailers, SSP, Real Estate leasing, and finance.
The Retail Construction Project Manager will lead the project management and organization of retail shop fit outs including quality, relevance and timeliness of new shop construction, refits and refreshes, closures and store maintenance of existing shop locations. Effectively manage Capex, working on estimates, verifying project actuals and updating capex forecast. Ensure project schedules are well planned and executed, collaborating with the Retailers, SSP, Real Estate leasing and finance.
