Content Lead, Startups

What you’ll be responsible for in this role:

• Develop a startup recruiting blog strategy from scratch, defining its voice and place in the startup hiring conversation.
• Publish consistent, high-quality content informed by SEO, AEO research, customer intel, and partner insights.
• Build a real publishing strategy for X.com, speaking to startup talent leaders and founders in a voice built for that channel.

You will probably love this role if:

• You care deeply about the startup community and want your work to help talent leaders and founders hire better.
• You have a real passion for writing daily and are excited by the challenge of AEO without sacrificing brand voice.
• You think in terms of owning an audience rather than a content type.

• You only write to SEO recommendations without creative judgment.
• You struggle with owning an audience versus a content type.
• You want a fully built playbook rather than building from scratch.
