Job Description

You will utilize your academic background and experience to review, evaluate, and implement federal, state, and local environmental regulatory requirements as they apply to electric power, nuclear, industrial, and advanced environmental control projects. You will use your knowledge of environmental science and engineering, meteorology, climatology, and engineering principals to support project teams to define, evaluate, and implement complex environmental permitting and licensing projects, including siting and licensing of advanced nuclear reactors. The position will offer you the opportunity to use your knowledge of complex interdisciplinary environmental issues as they apply to a variety of projects, and to work with multi-disciplined project teams to prepare site-specific environmental assessments, integrate regulatory requirements, and prepare complex technical reports. You will be responsible for establishing work priorities on a daily basis for multiple projects, as requested by project team members. Provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers and environmental professionals. This role is a remote position. Candidate can be located anywhere in the United States.
