Job Description
Find new and innovative ways to drive adoption and retention of our products with top loan officers and real estate agents. You’ll help with intake, project management, and build email, SMS, and push notification campaigns across our lender, agent, and consumer verticals, working directly with stakeholders to execute high-visibility campaigns across marketing. You’re obsessed with details, have a knack for building scalable, beautiful campaigns, and are comfortable driving cross-functional collaboration and results across multiple teams.
Intake and build campaigns in our email platforms during U.S. business hours, including creating or updating HTML email templates, audience segments, journey configuration, and being responsible for QA and final send. Analyze, report on, and optimize email and SMS campaigns via A/B testing. Maintain lifecycle channel and attribution integrity; monitor email preferences, unsubscribe rates, channel health, and attribution across transactional and marketing channels, and make recommendations for improvement.
