Product Operations Analyst - Secure, Cloud & AI

What you will be doing:

• You will produce and maintain branded service documentation, including Service Descriptions, Operational Handbooks, and proposals.
• You will run vendor onboarding processes end-to-end, ensuring accurate records and timely closure of actions.
• You will build management information reports and dashboards to show how Cyber services perform.

Key accountabilities:

• You will keep the documentation set current with version control and track updates when services change.
• You will support workshop and project coordination, including multi-party sessions with customers and vendors.
• You will identify process improvements and drive operational enhancements.

How you will grow:

• You will start with defined operational work and progressively take on more responsibility in service design and product propositions.
• You will learn the Cyber product function end-to-end and become a trusted operator.
• You will have the opportunity to shape how the Cyber product function operates.
