About the Role:
- Lead a team of security engineers and analysts protecting Lakeshore's systems and data.
- Shape the security program across vulnerability management, incident response, and identity access.
What You'll Do:
- Guide your team through day-to-day security operations and multi-year initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop policies and select security technologies.
- Spot root causes and lead solutions that strengthen our security posture.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in information security across multiple domains.
- 2+ years of team leadership experience with hiring and coaching.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
