Job Description
CGS is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic team member to act as an Agile Coach within our team supporting a large federal agency. The agency is committed to an operating model based on Agile, Product-focus, and DevSecOps in pursuit of increasing efficiency, efficacy, and overall success of various IT verticals and missions.
The ideal candidate should embody an Agile mindset and be passionate about empowering an Agile culture through experience coaching, guiding, and supporting executives, managers, product owners, Scrum Masters, and others. The role involves overseeing Agile transformation for multiple teams, facilitating workshops, leading Agile training, and providing hands-on mentoring. The candidate will also evolve the Agile Maturity Assessment model and provide feedback on processes and tooling changes. A minimum of 5 years of practical Agile experience is required.
