Become an EXpert as an AI Developer (LangChain + Python) In EX Squared, we are looking for an AI Developer with experience in LangChain, expert in Python and with an English level of at least B2, to join our remote team in LATAM. If you are passionate about building intelligent agents and solutions based on language models, this is your opportunity to drive the next generation of AI applications. You will design, develop, and maintain intelligent agents and conversation flows using LangChain and language model APIs. Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, memory, and multi-step reasoning. Build rapid prototypes and refine solutions through prompt engineering. Integrate agents with external systems: APIs, databases, and support tools. Ensure deployment in production environments, with scalability and robustness. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align solutions with business objectives. Document flows, architectures, and technical learnings. Participate in code reviews and promote good practices in AI development. Stay updated on new versions of LangChain, emerging models, and related technologies.
