Data Analyst

Role Overview:

• Responsible for analyzing complex healthcare data to generate actionable insights supporting operational and strategic decisions
• Leverages quantitative analysis, reporting, and data modeling to identify trends and drive process improvements

Key Responsibilities:

• Query and manipulate data using SQL to extract, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis
• Build and maintain structured datasets, including joining tables and validating data integrity
• Partner with Operations, Account Management, Product, IT, and Data management teams to align solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or relational databases required
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik and Databricks preferred
