Team Lead - Engineering

As a Team Lead - Engineering at TrustYou, you will be part of our international Engineering team and be located either in Germany, Spain or Romania, responsible for the overall performance and delivery of the team, career, and people development, and visibility and communication with stakeholders, working closely with the VP of Engineering on developing, managing, and empowering up to 8 engineers to create a productive, fast-paced, and high-quality delivery engineering culture. Owning the team’s commitment to delivering results in alignment with business priorities, timelines, and engineering best practices, along with risk management and ensuring the visibility of the team’s activities and smooth communication with all the different stakeholders. Collaborating with the Product Managers and ensuring the quality of the product’s input, building consensus for scope selection and delivery schedules; taking ownership of keeping the features and products available, stable, and reliable in production.
