Job Description

The Customer Support Associate will work with customers through chat, email and phone to answer questions, make changes to insurance policies, and counsel them on their insurance needs, ensuring their needs are taken care of in the first interaction and exceed their expectations. This is a remote position requiring reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. Responsibilities include managing existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies via phone, email, text and chat, explaining insurance products consultatively, assisting 3rd parties with policy documentation, and thriving in a collaborative team environment.
