The ideal candidate will manage the entire customer lifecycle from quote generation to invoice collection, working closely with the CEO to optimize our financial processes. Responsibilities include Quote Management, Invoicing and Financial Processing, and Operational Support. Skills & Qualifications include bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, experience with financial software (QuickBooks preferred), and proficiency in technology tools. Preferred background includes experience in operations, business administration, or a related field.
