Project Management:
- Direct the development and coordination of internal and external projects with support from the Technical Programs Team.
- Support and manage coordination between internal team and external clients to ensure capacity is dedicated to critical projects.
Client Management and Support:
- Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with clients as a key point of contact.
- Assist with new client onboarding and ensure delivery on major projects identified at the start of client engagement.
Internal Project Management and Support:
- Use communication, planning, prioritization, and tracking skills to manage internal projects.
- Support the Technical Programs team with client administrative tasks, including creating documents, updating templates, and organizing data.
