Engineering Ownership:
- Own your domain and ship real solutions with backup from the engineering team.
- Work directly with AVP of Policy Systems and Reporting and have a direct line to the CTO.
- Manage a core part of how the business runs.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Build integrations and automation against BriteCore API.
- Configure rates, rules, forms, and product workflows.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and interface with support.
Data & Automation:
- Build pipelines and reporting automations for policy, billing, and claims data.
- Identify and implement process automation with AWS, Prefect, and SharePoint.
- Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
