Senior/Master Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical implementation of Salesforce: standard configurations, custom development, and data migration elements.
• Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices (object-oriented, MVC, Domain Layer).
• Conduct release management and deployment patterns for the project.
• Perform code reviews and approve technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory) for technical communication with global Syngenta team.
• Experience Cloud (prioritized) and Service or Sales Cloud knowledge.
• Programmatic development (Apex, LWC, JavaScript) and declarative (point-and-click) with strong emphasis on customization.
• Knowledge of code versioning and Salesforce deployment practices.
• Object-oriented concepts and MVC architecture understanding.
• Integrations: REST, SOAP, ETL, Web Services; basic RDBMS knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant).
• Commerce Cloud (B2B Commerce) knowledge.
• Requirements gathering and solution design skills.
• CRM knowledge.
