About the Team:
- The Security Risk Management team is evolving beyond traditional governance, risk, and compliance.
- They are building an engineering-driven program that designs, automates, and scales controls and tooling to protect Affirm and its customers.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will evaluate, build, and refine solutions to third-party risk and security governance challenges.
- They will apply security policy to real-world vendor decisions and ship automation using modern tooling.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct third-party security assessments, reviewing vendor questionnaires and documenting risk findings.
- Build and maintain automation to reduce manual GRC workflows, using Python and agentic coding tools.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on risk reviews, follow-up actions, and risk-informed decisions.
