Manufacturing and Quality Engineer (Contractor)

In this role at R-Zero, you will play a key leadership role across three primary areas: Contract Manufacturing (CM), Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality within Manufacturing. This is a high impact position that will allow you to leverage your skills in a dynamic production environment. Responsibilities include monitoring PO progress, ensuring timely development of manufacturing and quality processes, identifying supply chain improvements, owning NPI in manufacturing, onboarding new manufacturing partners, and working cross-functionally to improve process efficiency, quality standards, and costs. The role also involves implementing continuous improvement programs, participating in QMS implementation, authoring SOPs related to Manufacturing, leading quality improvement projects, and managing PLM tool data with Hardware Engineering.
