Director of Marketing

You'll own and evolve our core messaging, working closely with Product and Sales to position Zingtree as the leader in Agentic AI for CX. You will build and manage a high-performance marketing team across demand gen, content, product marketing, and community. Design and execute campaigns that leverage customer-trained GPTs, interactive tools, and AI-native experiences to engage prospects and accelerate sales. Partner with Sales on ABM and lifecycle programs targeting enterprise buyers in high-complexity industries (healthcare, finance, telco). Oversee all top-of-funnel channels, including SEO/SEM, paid, events, and webinars and create compelling content that speaks to business value and technical depth in order to own marketing KPIs.
