Vice President, Investor Relations

We are seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations (IR) to build and lead HighLevel’s Investor Relations function as we prepare for the next stage of growth and public company readiness. Reporting to the CFO, this executive will work in close partnership with the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors to develop and execute our IR strategy, shape our external financial narrative, and serve as the primary interface with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders in the capital markets. The VP, Investor Relations, will partner across the executive team to ensure alignment of strategy and messaging for both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has already led Investor Relations at a public company and brings a strong track record of credibility with investors, analysts, and the broader Wall Street community. This role will drive consistent, transparent, and compelling communication of HighLevel’s business model, growth drivers, financial results, and strategic vision. Public offering and roadshow preparation and execution experience is a significant plus.
