Sr Financial Analyst

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Provides accurate analyses and effective reporting to support Clinical Research Operations.
• Analyzes historical trends and interprets them toward predicting future performance.
• Prepares the Monthly Operating Report for executive management with data and variance analysis.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Develops departmental budgets with variance analyses using historical data.
• Creates forecasting models using insightful prediction techniques.
• Proposes recommendations based on cost view, budgeting, and month-end analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Requires 3+ years of financial analyst experience in pharmaceutical, clinical research, healthcare, or medical device.
• Must have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experienced in presenting information effectively and convincingly.
