Job Description
Project Management:
- Lead the project management of retail shop fit outs.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of new shop construction and store maintenance.
- Manage Capex effectively, including estimates, verification, and forecasting.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with Retailers, SSP, Real Estate leasing, and finance.
- Assist the retail team in accurately interpreting construction information.
- Partner with SSP designers to deliver awe-inspiring projects.
Retail Support and Improvement:
- Provide hands-on assistance during shop openings, refits, and closures.
- Continually improve support to the retail business by assessing needs.
- Streamline reporting processes to meet the needs of users.
