Senior Solutions Engineer

The Staff Analytics Engineer will help build the foundation for scalable, reliable, and high-impact advanced analytics at Forma.ai. Working with diverse data from customers across a variety of industries, you’ll build and optimize code for big data pipelines, architectures, and data sets. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders within the business to scope out areas where the team can bring additional value, while managing competing priorities. Responsibilities include building and optimizing scalable data pipelines using PySpark and Databricks, designing and maintaining clean, well-structured data models to support analytics and reporting, and leading technical initiatives to improve data infrastructure, performance, and reliability. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, promoting best practices in data quality, testing, and governance, and contributing to long-term data architecture and strategy.
