As a Senior Staff Data Engineer, you will own and manage the customer data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and usability across the organization. This role acts as a bridge between engineering, product, and marketing teams, bringing a product-focused lens to decisions around data collection, structure, and analysis. You will create scalable, future-proof systems that allow for real-time insights and drive product innovation and customer understanding.

Integrate (and fine-tune) AI/ML models, to extract, transform, and structure clinical data from various sources, such as PDFs generated from EMR/EHR systems. Leverage these models and integrate them into our platform to ensure seamless data extraction, transformation and outputs while adhering to industry regulations. This role is crucial in streamlining the platform’s ability to convert complex and unstructured clinical data into actionable insights that healthcare providers can use in the transitional care management (TCM) process.
