Northbeam fundamentally is a data product and they are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience in data integration, API-based ETL pipelines, and cloud-native architecture, plus a strong interest in infrastructure engineering. You’ll help them not just ship data pipelines, but also design the systems that make them observable, secure, and resilient at scale.

As an Analyst, you’ll be the frontline hero for marketers, resolving critical data problems that drive their strategic decisions. Your work ensures our platform delivers accurate, actionable insights—directly impacting client success and our product’s evolution.

Serve as the technical bridge between Hightouch's AI insights product and our customers during critical onboarding phases. Combine deep prompt engineering expertise with customer-facing skills to ensure successful implementations and drive product adoption. Work directly with customers at their locations or remotely to design, optimize, and implement AI prompts that maximize the value of our LLM agents.
