As a member of this fast-growing Channel organization, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing a portfolio of channel partners across the Technology Solutions Broker and Technology Advisor ecosystem. You will also be responsible for generating pipeline quota for your channel partner accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong SaaS and/or telecom background of direct sales and channel partner development.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts. This role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will handle onboarding of multiple clients simultaneously. Also crucial is understanding clients' technical requirements and business objectives, ensuring our AI-powered customer support solutions meet their needs. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions to existing clients.
