Associate Director, Site Contracts Budgets and Payements

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary escalation point for global site contracts.
• Lead development of investigator grant budgets and payment terms.
• Oversee contract tracking, documentation, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience negotiating global site agreements.
• Deep expertise in site contract templates, investigator budgets and payment terms.
• Strong experience managing CROs and serving as an escalation lead.

Preferred:

• Direct people management and/or mentoring experience.
• Sponsor experience or fully embedded to Sponsor.
