Job Description
The Product Specialist II will provide application support to Enterprise Health/MIE customers across all product lines, serving as the central customer service contact for existing clients, answering questions, escalating priority issues, and providing ongoing training to users. Responsibilities include consulting with customers on EMR optimization efforts, providing best practices to ensure customer success with the EMR, and performing complex configurations to improve workflow efficiencies.
The role ensures an exceptional customer experience in every interaction, providing training to client users during deployment and ongoing product education for existing customers. It requires the candidate to escalate bug fixes to appropriate staff as needed and take initiative to maximize opportunities for personal growth in product knowledge. Assisting the deployment team with onboarding tasks is also part of the function.
