We're seeking a detail-oriented Application Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on the WebChart product. You will ensure our clients receive exceptional support, addressing technical issues and facilitating seamless communication between clients and internal teams. As the Application Support Specialist, you will manage and resolve customer inquiries, contribute to product satisfaction, and help retain clients by providing timely and accurate support solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and accelerating Enterprise Healths sales growth by building strong relationships with channel partners, enabling their success through ongoing training, and generating a robust sales pipeline. The role requires a strong background in channel sales within the SaaS industry, a passion for forging strategic partnerships, and a commitment to driving revenue growth.
Provide application support to Enterprise Health/MIE customers across all product lines, serving as the central customer service contact for existing clients. Responsibilities include answering questions, escalating priority issues, and providing ongoing training to users. Will consult with customers on EMR optimization efforts and perform complex configurations to improve workflow efficiencies.
