Senior DevOps Engineer, Delivery Loop

This role is part of Webflow's Developer Productivity Pillar, and you will be directly responsible for how Webflow engineers build, test, and deliver value to their customers. The main goal for this year is to help drastically reduce cycle time by 50% or more for Webflow engineers. You will drive implementation and maintenance of Webflow’s build system, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. You will oversee the configuration and management of multiple development environments and define and enforce development processes and best practices. You will also spearhead the deployment strategy for production environments, implementing robust rollback mechanisms and monitoring solutions. Mentor junior members of the DevOps team, and collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization in production environments. You will also participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening and improving our hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon teams.
