Montu is seeking a Pharmacy Acquisition Partner to expand its pharmacy network for uMeds. This role involves identifying and acquiring new dispensing partners to improve prescription distribution to Alternaleaf patients. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and a passion for patient care. This is key to increasing the number and geographic footprint of the Pharmacy Partner network to ensure that Montu meets its next-day delivery goals while minimizing the risk of having a concentrated Partner Network. The person will work closely with other Fulfilment teams to onboard new Pharmacy Partners.
Key responsibilities include proactively researching and identifying pharmacy partners aligned with Montuβs mission, developing a targeted acquisition plan, and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacy owners. The role involves leading the negotiation process with prospective partners, focusing on agreement terms and service standards. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or pharmacy management, with a proven ability to achieve targets and drive growth.
