New Placement Executive

Assist the Placement Director in mentoring and developing the placement team. Manage daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient workflows and processes. Support the creation, oversight, and reporting on the metric-based Lamb Quoting System. Analyze market trends and carrier capabilities to identify opportunities and risks. Collaborate with the team director to set targets and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and evaluate the performance of markets and provide feedback for improvement. Ensure timely and successful placements by coordinating with the sales team. Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of business submissions to carriers. The candidate should have a deep understanding of insurance coverages and ability to articulate needs to carriers.
