Financial Advisor

Engage directly with clients to best support their financial planning needs and follow Root’s internal service schedule to delight clients through proactive service and attentiveness to their needs. Work relentlessly to earn clients’ trust and oversee client investment, income, and tax strategies, utilizing Root’s proprietary processes to meet all necessary needs and actions. You’ll be the dedicated advisor for many of Root’s long-standing clients, helping to deepen the experience for these clients and ensure they receive the full value of Root’s evolving capabilities. Act as a bridge between Root’s early client community and the next chapter of growth, helping refine systems for serving clients below Root's current minimum. Work closely with other advisors and support teams to ensure consistent planning, investment, and communication standards across all client segments.
