Senior AI / Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services (Python, FastAPI) powering the AI platform.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, AI agent systems, and orchestration of LLM models in production.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) including multi-tenant isolation and serverless functions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in backend engineering with Python.
• Very good knowledge of FastAPI (async, Pydantic, dependency injection) and TypeScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Celery, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and IaC.

Nice to have:

• Experience with GraphRAG, graph databases (Neo4j), on-premise LLM serving (vLLM, TGI), or fine-tuning.
• Full-stack experience with TypeScript/Node.js (NestJS, Express, Fastify).
• Cloud certifications or knowledge of German.
