Software Engineering Manager, Integrations

FloQast is seeking a Software Engineering Manager for its Integrations Group. The role involves leading a team to ship high-impact features, identifying product and engineering opportunities, and driving revenue. Responsibilities include building and leading a team of engineers, creating an environment for quality work, providing feedback on specs, growing engineers, and improving engineering processes. The manager will also act on customer feedback and collaborate on technical vision. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of revenue growth, experience in enterprise-grade software solutions, and proficiency in ERP integrations like NetSuite, SAP, and Oracle. A background in full-stack development, RESTful API design, and complex data modeling is also required. Experience in JavaScript, React, NodeJS, or MongoDB is preferred.
