Shape a data ecosystem that empowers every team to make smarter decisions. This high-impact, cross-functional role is our first Data Engineer hire and will blend engineering with analytics, visualization, and storytelling. You’ll build and own scalable data pipelines, power self-serve dashboards, and guide strategic insights that support everything from Product to Client Success. Your work will influence both internal operations and product experiences, leveraging machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI to drive personalization and impact for our members. You’ll help define LearnLux’s data strategy, champion best practices, and shape a data-driven culture across the company.
