The Operations Coordinator will play a hands-on role in supporting LearnLux’s global network of financial planners. You’ll help ensure operational excellence across hiring, onboarding, training, payments, and quality processes while keeping day-to-day systems running smoothly and accurately. This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, process-oriented, and excited to build operational muscle in a mission-driven company.

Support the development and delivery of recurring member campaigns, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with our brand voice. Manage updates to email templates, campaign lists, and marketing automation workflows. Present strategic campaign plans and performance insights to clients, translating data into clear recommendations.

Scale LearnLux’s international offering and lead our localization strategy to bring our financial wellbeing solutions to users around the world. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Commercial as well as external translation and localization vendors to ensure our content and programs are culturally relevant, accurate, and accessible.
