Job Description

The Project Manager leads small and large project teams through discovery, design, build, and configuration to deliver solutions for healthcare and life sciences customers. This role provides leadership and management to project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, with quality, and within budget. As the primary point of contact for the client, the Project Manager mitigates risks and sets expectations for what is needed from the customer for success. The role involves strategically building relationships with customer sponsors, defining and prioritizing requirements, collaborating with project team members, managing day-to-day operational aspects, and enforcing project standards. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining project deliverables, managing timelines and budgets, accurately communicating project status, and identifying staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry, with experience in software or custom development implementations. They should possess analytical and strategic-thinking skills, experience with project management methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
