About the Role:
- Oversee all output from concept through execution, reporting directly to the CCO and acting as day-to-day creative leader of the department.
- Own brand and product campaigns, set art direction, write or direct copy, and lead a team of copywriters, art directors, brand designers, and video producers.
- Requires strength across both copy and art direction, able to concept in either lane and give sharp, timely feedback across all creative surfaces.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop creative concepts, campaigns, and brand platform work across all channels and formats.
- Set art direction and copy direction for campaigns, brand, web, product, video, events, and social.
- Oversee photo and video shoots alongside the Studios team and freelance production crews.
What You’ll Need:
- 8+ years in creative roles, with significant time at agencies or in-house teams that think like agencies
- A portfolio that shows conceptual range across both copy and art direction — big ideas that work across mediums
- Proven ability to direct and elevate writers, art directors and designers
