Media Delivery Manager

The Media Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing a broad portfolio of Learning Media projects, engaging in strategic planning, ensuring operational excellence, and driving efficiencies. With a growing volume of media production initiatives, this role focuses on strategic roadmaps, stakeholder management and communications, process improvement, capacity management, and the development of data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and workflow processes. This role creates complex product roadmaps, collaborates with APO leaders, Media Functional Managers, and Product Owners to ensure seamless execution and support strategic planning. The Media Delivery Manager takes a proactive approach to driving strategic and tactical alignment, leveraging analytics to enhance decision-making and productivity within the teams. The Manager will track Media Team progress, milestones, and KPIs and lead the effort to champion this information with the organization.
