About the Role:
- Provide annual telehealth visits to review care plans and confirm patient goals.
- Act as a second set of experienced eyes for patients and their caregivers.
- Flag concerns or recommended changes to the patient’s primary Advanced Practice Provider.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Total annual compensation target of $250,000 to $275,000 at 1.0 FTE.
- Non-exempt position paid per completed visit; actual pay depends on volume and complexity.
- Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) with match, and CME reimbursement.
Requirements:
- MD or DO, board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Active, unrestricted license in at least one of our markets and current DEA registration.
- Comfortable with high-volume telehealth and efficient clinical documentation.
