Telehealth Physician (MD/DO), Medicare Primary Care

• Mira Mace pairs Medicare beneficiaries with a dedicated healthcare advocate who navigates appointments, insurance, and care coordination on their behalf.
• Our customers get the support of caring nurses while AI agents handle the tedious backend work, all covered by Medicare.

The Role:

• You will be the first clinical experience many patients have with Mira Mace, setting the tone for their entire care journey.
• You'll conduct 30-minute new-patient telehealth visits, review care plans monthly, and provide clinical oversight that keeps each patient moving in the right direction.
• Our care team books patients onto your calendar and helps them connect, and you use our EHR templates for efficient documentation.

What We Need:

• MD or DO board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine, with an active, unrestricted US license.
• Licensure in multiple states is preferred, especially NC, SC, NY, IL, OH, TX, FL, CA, or GA, and IMLC eligibility is a plus.
• A clean record, no disciplinary actions, not opted out of Medicare, and 3+ years post-residency with telehealth experience preferred.

Pay and Terms:

• $120 per hour as an independent contractor (1099), paid twice a month.
• At least 10 committed hours per week (15–20 preferred), set weekly based on patient demand.
• Malpractice coverage is provided for Mira Mace visits, and we handle credentialing and payer enrollment (about 5 weeks).
