About Mira Mace:
- We are a venture-backed company helping Medicare patients navigate the healthcare system.
- We pair people-centered navigation with technology to cut through denials, costs, and paperwork.
About the Role:
- You are the first person a new patient talks to, calling them back quickly and explaining how our care works.
- You book their first doctor visit before hanging up, with a daily target of 15 activations.
- This is a phone-first, non-clinical role; you won't give medical advice.
What a Day Looks Like:
- Expect about 6.5 hours of talk time and a mix of outbound and inbound calls.
- Document every conversation in our platform and flag urgent needs to the care team.
- Follow up by phone and text with patients who didn't answer or weren't ready.
Who We're Looking For:
- You have an active LPN/LVN/RN license or CHW certification, or 2+ years speaking with patients or health-plan members.
- You're based in the U.S. and have working knowledge of Medicare.
- You're comfortable with high-volume phone conversations and measured on booked visits.
