New Associate, Enrollment

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective patients, educate them on Strive's holistic care model, and schedule provider visits.
• Lead with empathy, ask mindful questions to understand patient needs, and build trust to promote engagement.
• Identify opportunities to provide patient value, address concerns, and overcome objections about Strive's services.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of combined education, experience, or certification related to patient enrollment.
• Reliable internet connectivity (min speeds: 3.8Mbps down, 3.0Mbps up, latency <60 ms) and ability to work 10:30am-7pm.
• Ability to travel and be onsite for business needs; preferred 2+ years in high-performing enrollment roles.
