Member Engagement and Insights Specialist

Job Summary:

• You will be part of a new Innovation Lab testing next-generation outreach strategies for high-risk seniors.
• Your role combines direct member outreach with analysis and experimentation to improve engagement.
• Insights from your work will shape WellBe's future engagement models across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to educate members on in-home care benefits and schedule visits.
• Analyze call recordings and transcripts to identify patterns and drivers of success.
• Provide qualitative feedback on messaging and conversation flow to improve outreach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years healthcare practice or hospital experience.
• Strong critical thinking and customer service skills; proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working in a virtual environment and balancing execution with analysis.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time remote position with no travel required.
