Position Overview:
- The Outreach Specialist is the first point of contact for new and existing patients.
- You will schedule annual and comprehensive wellness visits and provide confirmation reminders.
- This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to engage patients and support the care team.
Skills & Competencies:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to navigate tough conversations and handle objections gracefully.
- Strong data-entry skills and proficiency in Google Workspace and call center software.
Work Environment & Requirements:
- This is a remote role, but you must live near one of the listed office locations.
- Minimal physical demands; ability to lift up to 20lbs and sit for extended periods.
- Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
