Junior IT Security Consultant

Several opportunities for entry level Junior IT Security Consultants are available within the Penetration Testing team at Wavenet CyberGuard, one of the largest groups of cyber security professionals within the UK. We are seeking applications from technically proficient individuals with a keen interest and enthusiasm for penetration testing and IT security, who can demonstrate a strong passion and determination to excel in what is a fast paced and dynamic environment. As these are entry level positions the presence of a degree should not be a bar to your application and evidence of active engagement in self-testing and training. This is a home based role, however there will be travel to, and work from client and Wavenet locations as and when required. These visits may involve overnight hotel stays. The following skills should be considered prior to your application: solid understanding of computer networking and Operating Systems, a good background and understanding of cybersecurity, and strong client facing skills.
