Lead Software Engineer, Payments

Focus on payments infrastructure and take ownership of building secure, scalable systems that move money reliably to members and customers worldwide. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where your work will directly improve access to fertility and family-forming care for people who may not otherwise be able to afford it. As a foundational member of our financial engineering function, you’ll shape the long-term direction of our payments architecture. You will own technical outcomes, influence roadmaps, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet evolving business needs. Building internal infrastructure that is accurate, compliant, and easy to maintain. You will lead and support a small team of engineers, providing regular feedback, coaching, and career development.
