Carrot Fertility is looking for a Customer Success Manager I to both delight our Small Market Business partnership customers and support administrative and analytical excellence across the Customer Success team. For your Small Business partnership customers, youβll ensure all operational aspects are tended to, support customer launches and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and respond to customer needs, questions, and requests. Youβll be a Customer Success files and data guru.

Carrot is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead a team of Mid-Market Business (MM) CSM III's focused on building strategy and delighting customers. This role will lead and maintain a high-performing team that supports new and existing Carrot customers aligned with the MM segment and grow existing accounts through renewal and off-cycle expansion.
This is a great opportunity to reshape healthcare by utilizing your clinical experience, independent critical thinking, and expertise in a collaborative environment. The required shift for this role is ~ 2-3 hours/week. Ability to identify and support the emotional needs and challenges faced by those on all Carrots members journeyβs- fertility, family-forming, menopause, pregnancy, etc.
The Consultant Relations Associate will drive success in commercial sales development and support efforts across our consultant relations team. This hybrid role blends Sales Development Representative responsibilities with Sales Support/Marketing/Analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at lead generation, marketing collaboration, and providing critical support to our consultant team navigating complex client interactions.
Take full ownership of a defined customer portfolio within our Small Business segment. Responsible for leading their success and satisfaction. Accountable for driving retention, increasing member engagement, and accelerating growth within your book of business. Acting as a strategic advisor to HR benefits leaders, you will proactively communicate Carrotβs value, resolve issues with urgency, and identify opportunities for expansion.
