You’ll lead a team responsible for demand generation campaigns, SEO, content strategy, and social media, ensuring our digital efforts align with business objectives and accelerate growth.
Carrot Fertility is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our SMB sales team. The role involves developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with benefits brokers and consultants, who play a critical role in influencing buying decisions. The ideal candidate will be skilled at establishing trust, providing value-added insights, and positioning Carrot as a trusted partner in the benefits ecosystem.
Play a critical part in scaling and optimizing our member lifecycle program – ensuring our members receive timely, personalized communications that guide them in getting the most out of their Carrot benefit. Manage day-to-day operations across lifecycle marketing, including tracking and executing cross-functional project workflows; developing and maintaining trackers, documentation, and calendars; coordinating stakeholder communication; and owning operational email requests from intake through launch.
This is a chance to build strong relationships, optimize systems, and develop meaningful processes. You'll be a strategic partner across the organization, using your HR expertise to manage everything from compliance and benefits administration to data analysis. You will own and manage our HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and troubleshooting as needed.
