FP&A Manager (Remote)

Telnyx is looking for a smart, strategic, and collaborative FP&A Manager who’s ready to step into the arena and help shape the future of the company. This is not a maintenance role, it’s a chance to influence strategy at the highest level, working directly with the CEO and COO to determine where we double down and where we walk away. We want someone who is gritty, fast-moving, and thrives on ownership. In this role you will serve as a thought leader, guiding long-term planning, scenario modeling, and high-impact decisions that drive scalable growth. Responsibilities include leading financial planning, designing high-impact models, surfacing insights, championing AI adoption, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product to shape the company’s GTM financial strategy. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy roles with a strong command of modeling and analysis.
