About the Role:

• This senior product owner role focuses on driving operational initiatives through generative AI solutions, serving as a bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• You will own the AI enablement backlog, design and test prompts, and ensure outputs are reliable and fit-for-purpose.
• You will help establish a disciplined prompt lifecycle and enable end-users with guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive prioritization and delivery of AI use cases, translating needs into clear requirements.
• Lead cross-functional coordination for seamless technology transitions, including change management.
• Inspire cross-functional teams to constructively challenge each other and advocate for long-term decisions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years as a Product Owner in an Operations or Underwriting environment.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools like Copilot and Gemini, with strong prompt writing skills.
• Solid leadership, collaboration, and conflict resolution abilities to enact change quickly.
