The Role:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for key PromoMats capabilities, balancing customer demand and market trends.
- Work closely with Engineering, UX, and customers to define and ship high-impact solutions for a regulated industry.
What You'll Do:
- Lead AI & product strategy, including where generative AI fits in the content lifecycle.
- Engage with brand, marketing operations, medical, and regulatory teams to translate insights into requirements.
- Track metrics like MLR review cycle time and feature adoption to guide investments.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise software product management or engineering experience.
- 2+ years hands-on with AI/ML applications, including LLMs and GenAI.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
